Partnership
The Old Lyme Conservation Trust may achieve properties on its own or it may partner with any or more of the following organizations: The Nature Conservancy, the Town of Old Lyme and the State of Connecticut.
Examples of properties where there is a partner-ownership is Watch Rock, the Lay Property (with the State and The Nature Conservancy) and Ames Property (with the Town).
Which organizations that owns or manages a property depends on the conditions stated in deeds and other ownership documents as well as on joint decisions between the organizations involved.

The Old Lyme Conservation Trust is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, and all contributions are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.
